A Product Update is a collection of patches and
updates that have been combined into a single package for ease
of installation. This collection of patches and patched
components has been tested as a package to offer greater system
stability than what is offered by applying individual Hot Fixes.

available for you. Please do not implement this update without
consultation with the VSA help desk.
- If your system is calculating any
telephony charges, ensure you have the latest network rates installed.
- If your data sources have changed or
incurred any software feature updates, download the latest drivers to ensure
correct functionality support.
